Engine Cam Cover Seals:
AJ82856 (x2) (not a part number i could find on LRCat) if you google it or punch the number into brit-car you will find a picture. Seems to go by the description of Camshaft Cover Oil Seal and i got that number of the LR3 forum referencing a Jaguar forum so hope its right.

Rear Lights (clear/clear to upgrade my clear-red ones) my old ones have the little red reflectors (no lamps) in the sides like the North America spec, do these have it also?

Thanks for the info... I hadn't forgot, I have been trying to find a bit more information about these seals.

I have attached a picture of my Left Hand Cam Cover so you can see the offending item and another picture of an item saying suitable for all V8s. I have searched the documents in Topix and cant find any reference to that seal. I can see the hole in the cam cover images but nothing for replacement of the seal. Only the VVT solenoid but I think the seal is separate from the unit.
