What are people going for? The Matt side grilles or silver ones?

Silver for me, the colour coded ones in Loire blue on configurater just didn't look right, to me anyway.

I wonder how long it will be until someone repaints them in colour keyed gloss - I bet that would look good

I prefer the silver lower trim in body colour anyway - just an extra bit to paint...

I went for the shadow pack, which is a darker grey.

Hi Pixelpower - When did you order to get a delivery date of May?

I ordered pre-release, last week in September. Admittedly, I did change spec in early December from a 3.0 diesel to a 5.0 Supercharged AB but it was supposed to be on the same order number which had already been allocated - Now I'm being told late March build, delivery into the dealer 27th April - Seems like a very long time!

Anyone else getting a 5.0 SC AB much quicker? or is this sort of timescale to be expected?

Placed the order in November, changed from SDV8 to SC in December. Build is April, delivery May 9th.

Thanks Autobiography - Mine does seem like a long wait.

I can't help but feel that because I got an 8% discount (as order placed pre-release, last week in September), they're pushing my order back in favour of others now paying full RRP.

I'm pleased with the 8% discount but if I don't receive my car until 1st May, I'll have been waiting 7 full months!

d-day nearly here and guess what.........

The car has been put back to delivery 12th January, handed over on the 17th January.
the sales guy seems to think it is about xmas shutdown, he will be ringing them this morning to see if it can be improved.
gutted doesn't even cover it, deep down i knew this was going to happen and missus doesn't have to show her backside in Boots window now, so there is a positive for someone anyway LOL

Don't let it get you down stillrunning, that's still a fantastic delivery date - I'm not aware of anyone getting their car any sooner
