Remember those days but up in Jockland it was usually icy so we tried to slide all the way to school and ended up putting cardboard in your shoes because of the holes in the soles |

At big school, we wore Doc Marten boots, ox blood, highly polished, one yellow, one red lace, they were brilliant for sliding in when sole wore down a bit |
