The fuses are on the rear fuse board.
If you sockets are normally ignition controlled it could be a faulty relay.
I'd post you a picture of the relay but for some reason I'm having trouble uploading it.
The relay is above the fuses, top left relay. Try swapping the fuse for another to see if it works. Thumbs Up

Will try relays tomorrow when it is daylight are all these relays interchangeable? Seems to be conflicting reports of which fuse 20amp ?

Have a look in each of the sockets- it's not unknown for small coins etc to get in the bottom causing a short to earth. Thumbs Up

Hi thanks for all the help all good now .I can only guess how it blew sounds a bit bizzar but it's the wife's fault for shopping and keeping me waiting for so long.i was getting bored so started playing angry birds on a Nokia 6 whilst plugged in and charging . These phones are relatively new and have a big battery which can have a tendency to overheat which may in turn overheat the charger and blow fuse only overheats when playing games on phone . Also the charging plug with USB has stopped working.new one working fine.there must be a moral here somewhere if not a lesson not to go shopping with the angry bird ,😊
