United Kingdom 2014 Range Rover Vogue TDV6 Corris Grey

Well, these past couple of days has seen me drive over 1000 miles: drove down to Suffolk from Aberdeen on Monday in the wife’s RRS and picked up the FF yesterday morning and drove home again without stopping - well over 500 miles and almost 10 hours on a single tank of fuel.

The vehicle is sublime and I was amazed at how frugal it was on the fuel - albeit I was on cruise control at 76 mph whenever possible.

Alighted from the vehicle at 9pm last night at the local Asda to fill the tank (she was on the “red” with only 22 miles remaining) and felt completely refreshed and could easily have driven much further if required. The seats were perfect and the winged headrests are certainly a bonus.

She took a good drink (£92) and I was surprised that the tank didn’t take anymore.

I will be giving her a good clean today, fitting the dog cover in the rear and getting the wife’s plate on it.

Simply an incredible vehicle but I doubt I will be getting much use of it in future as Clare was not too impressed by not getting to drive it home yesterday. Smile

Good to hear, although I heard mine scream in horror at the mention of ASDA Diesel (she's spoilt and only get s BP or Shell).

Fully agree with your observation about the drive being so effortless, it's almost tempting to take the long way round, just so you get to waft along a bit longer.
