VUB001090 driving lamp kit same as XQB500080 and VUB50285?

Does anyone know if the L322 driving lamp kit VUB001090 has the same wiring loom as the Discovery 3 kits with part numbers XQB500080 and VUB50285? I'm suspecting the lamps and looms are identical, with the differences being switches and mounting brackets, etc. Any and all info is much appreciated!
