Mega List of Suspension Faults - where to start?

So the FF is in need of some love, Rolling Eyes decided to try and work through some of the errors consistently showing up on IID

When I got to the suspension they ran off the end off the page Shocked 30-40 errors.

Now I am guessing there is something a bot more fundamental at play here, maybe the ECU? as all of these sensors can't be faulty, so just wondered if anyone had any ideas where to start?

Bizarrely the suspension seems to work fine, goes up/down etc no warning bongs. Have tried resetting errors but seem to come back although IID seems to hang occassionaly during the clear sequence.

List of errors is as follows (get a brew on Thumbs Up )

RLM-Suspension:
C1A31-01 (50) Front left corner valve - General failure information - general electrical failure
C1A32-01 (50) Front right corner valve - General failure information - general electrical failure
C1A33-01 (40) Rear left corner valve - General failure information - general electrical failure
C1A34-01 (40) Rear right corner valve - General failure information - general electrical failure
C1B17-92 (50) Gallery pressure too low when lifting - Component failure - performance or incorrect operation
C1A36-01 (40) Exhaust valve - General failure information - general electrical failure
C1A24-67 (50) No temperature increase when compressor requested - Algorithm based failure - signal is incorrect after the event
C1A24-64 (40) No temperature increase when compressor requested - Algorithm based failure - signal plausibility failure
C1A29-92 (50) Switch activation too long - Component failure - performance or incorrect operation
C1A30-64 (50) Both switches pressed at the same time - Algorithm based failure - signal plausibility failure
C1A03-26 (40) Front left height sensor - General signal failure - signal rate of change is below the threshold
C1131-92 (40) Air supply - Component failure - performance or incorrect operation
C1A03-92 (50) Front left height sensor - Component failure - performance or incorrect operation
C1A04-26 (40) Front right height sensor - General signal failure - signal rate of change is below the threshold
C1A04-92 (50) Front right height sensor - Component failure - performance or incorrect operation
C1A05-26 (50) Rear left height sensor - General signal failure - signal rate of change is below the threshold
C1A05-92 (50) Rear left height sensor - Component failure - performance or incorrect operation
C1A06-26 (50) Rear right height sensor - General signal failure - signal rate of change is below the threshold
U0133-87 (50) Lost communication with dynamic response module - Bus signal/message failure - missing a message
U0128-87 (50) Lost communication with parking brake control module - Bus signal/message failure - missing a message
U1A13-87 (50) Lost communication with all terrain control module - Bus signal/message failure - missing a message
C1B19-03 (50) Door status signal - General failure information - frequency modulation/pulse width modulation failure
C1123-1C (50) Steering isolation valve supply circuit - General electrical failure - circuit voltage out of range
C1A06-92 (50) Rear right height sensor - Component failure - performance or incorrect operation
U0136-87 (50) Lost communication with differential control module - rear - Bus signal/message failure - missing a message
U1A14-49 (50) CAN initialisation failure - System internal failure - internal electronic failure
U0417-86 (50) Invalid data received from parking brake control module - Bus signal/message failure - signal is invalid
U2000-67 (50) Motor temperature - Algorithm based failure - signal is incorrect after the event
C1122-01 (50) Steering isolation valve - General failure information - general electrical failure
C1130-7A (50) Air spring air supply - Mechanical failure - fluid leak or seal failure
U0434-86 (50) Invalid data received from dynamic response module - Bus signal/message failure - signal is invalid

Never seen a set of codes like it, must be a record Thumbs Up Amazed the EAS still works ...

This is looking like an EAS ECU /or BCM ECU /or LCM ECU problem or a general Can-Bus / K-Bus Communication failure.

I would fire off an email to GAP / Patrick who can probably shed a light on where to start. .

Did you select not-tested DTCs, the ones that haven't occurred?

Whistle I'd clear all the errors and start again, that lot looks more like the dying gasps of a drowning ECU.... Which has obviously dried out again.. With a list of errors that long you'd be lucky to get the car to start without all merry hell breaking out on the dash Thumbs Up Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!

Just as an update, spoke to Patrick at GAP.

Turns out I had selected all the options in the "Advanced" menu of the fault section of the IID tool. If you do this it will list everything (I assume) that the car has ever seen as faults.

You actually only need "confirmed" and "pending" selected then you will only see "real" faults.

Life is much calmer now Very Happy - if only I could get the FBH to work.........

It will list every possible fault including ones that don't currently exist. There is no history of all faults in the module once they have been cleared.
