HeVAC Control Unit L322

I have no lights and no power to the Heater/Air Conditioning Control Unit on my Range Rover Vogue L322. When checking the fuses again this morning, I discovered Fuse 12 (10A) HeVAC Control Unit was blown. I tried replacing the blown fuse twice but each time I inserted the new fuse, it visibly sparked and blew, despite the ignition not being switched on.

I guess there is a short circuit or something worse and probably need to take it to an auto-electrician but thought I'd check on the forum in case anyone has encountered this problem before and knows what the solution might be. Thanks.
