Newbie question.

Hi and thanks in advance, is there a reason why my Windows are one touch to lower/open, but not to close ? Surely it should be one touch both up and down? She's going back into the main dealer on Monday so I need to add it to the list.

Thought it was safety reasons, so onone could be trapped when going up.

one touch up or down can normally be activated by keeping the up/down button pressed for about 5 seconds after the window has reached its up/down position.. ... - .- -.

Close the window then release the button then re hold it in close position 1 for 3 secs... Position 1 is manual up position not position 2 which would be the auto position Thumbs Up

Many, many thanks. I've been out and reset them to one touch close, one less item for the md to sort next week. Cheers all.
