Just tried using my sat nav in france and spain and to be honest it was totally usless it will only let me imput post code no street name poi anything am i missing something here ???

change the country in the nav menu.....i.e., change to france to get the french zip code entry.. ... - .- -.

Ive done that and yes i can get the post code but thats it i cant get street name poi anything surely that cant be right my cheap lorry nav takes me down as far as street name and house number
I just presumed i was missing a point

weird...

after you have changed the search area to france and pressed 'ok' , you put the 5 digit area code in it should come up with a map with directional arrows which you then move to the street you want the destination to route to...

does this not happen with yours? ... - .- -.

Thanks i knew i must be missing something im just used to just putting in area code then street then house number
Its a different way of doing things i suppose good old range rover like to be different
