Good battery charger

Evening all,

Can anyone recommend a good battery charger? Could do with one I can collect tomorrow so Halfords or somewhere like that. Not really sure how many amp etc I need. My tdv8 has dropped to 11.56v and doesn’t want to start now, think it’s the fact I only use it one day a week for short 10min journeys.

Thanks

Brilliant. Thanks for the reply’s. Just ordered one for delivery tomorrow from amazon. Do a lot of people have the same issues with the battery’s on the RR. Iv had mine 4 years and had a new battery 2 years ago. This is the second time mine has gone flat on the new battery.

Thanks

Check the water level in the battery too.
With the voltage at 11.56V it's more than likely the battery is goosed now.

Not on the RR but on my D2 I have a solar panel from Halfords, just to keep the battery topped up.

If your battery is dropping in voltage regularly I'd be inclined to get your alternator checked, for some reason 2007 cars seem to have an unusually large number of alternator failures. It could be down to your usage pattern but better safe. Thumbs Up
