It seems to have, can't feel it, but the miles per tank of fuel has increased. Just did 20 mile journey and the miles in tank is higher than when I started! Laughing

Was that at a dealer?

Independent dealership. Service book says only an oil change service was completed before I bought it. FFRR TD6 HSE

Hmm, I though "Oil Service" on the service sheet included filters. Sounds like a typical sling a stamp in the book to sell it. I wonder if it even had the oil changed?

When I bought mine, the guy said he'd had it serviced, listed the and & oil filters and oil, only 2 months later my oil light started slightly flickering at idle due to a blocked oil filter, the guys at Team Valley LR reckoned it hadn't been changed for a long while.

Zactly - thats why I would never pay extra for a "full service history"

I'm happy with my car but I have certainly learnt my lesson regarding paying alittle more buying from a dealership. In future I'll be more patient. Just a shame some people do the bear minimum to sell a car as it gives those that do care a bad rep. FFRR TD6 HSE
