Yes, mine came with that installed. It does work OK, mutes the radio / CD. However if the volumne is turned down on the stereo, you don't here the phone ring etc Smile 2004 Vogue TD6 - Remapped Smile

Re: parrot ck3100

Sorry but this is my personal opinion ..the Parrot kits are utter crap. I sepnt near on £250 for one for a 2003 FFR a few years back and it was installed by a professional installer. It worked when it wanted, the small screen was hard to read in the light, the knob fell off the selector switch, the battery in it was for ever in need of being changed...

And the other side of that is I've done nearly 100,000 miles in my 2004 with a Parrot CK3100 and its as good as the factory system in my 2012. And I fitted it myself!

Not sure about the issue above though about not hearing it ring when the stereo is turned down though - never had that experience either. Always rings loud enough for me regardless of volume of stereo or even if its not on (that sounds like the mute lead hasn't been installed on the correct channel.

I found the battery in the remote lasts about 4-6 months but you can buy 10 of the batteries from Amazon for £1.99 so its never been a concern either. Current Fleet:-

I fit a Grom BT module as a replacement for the CD player & it's brilliant. I use it with android auto on my phone & everything seems to work great handsfree. The only gripe I've got if the phones volume is too high music distorts but its just a case of turning down the volume on the phone & winding it up on the amp & thats it.

Look at my post on hear from about 18 months ago - I had you kit it was crap so I bought the Bmw bt module and a mic and a generic switch...the rest is already there as there is prewiring in the boot you just have to re arrange the wires... everything is as oem then and works perfectly, you even get contacts come up on the cluster! Current stable:
