MY10 TDV8 Doors are heavy to open/close

Got a 2010 and the front doors are really heavy to open and close.
Sure they are big and heavy by themself but i think there is something wrong.
Had a MY04 TD6 before and the doors were not this heavy.
Wife has to use two hands opening and closing Laughing
I put grease on the hinges but i dont think it did any difference,

Any ideas?

Huge heavy door... to me the old td6 ones fell almost half the weight... when you think about it there is allot less stuff on the earlier doors and ill bet the speakers are pretty heavy on the newer cars with far better audio , I still own both cars and getting into the td6 feels like a tin can hilux door compared to the 2010 car

In general on car doors it can be the stay that need greasing, in order to prevent stiffness and noise when opening
