Your car will have the variable damping so your choices of non genuine will probably be limited.

Thanks chaps, if you look at the breakdown schematic there is a stand alone shock, with no part number, surrounded by the rest of the gubbins. I guess the shock on its own does not have a part number and therefore not available. Just thought that by now someone would have figured out a replacement! Should be cheap as chips! |

That sounds like the front shock schematic… not the rear Currently driving: 2012 L322 SE Overfinch 4.4 tdv8

Yes, the rears are as above. Mine were changed at Christmas. Got them from Island too. You will need the paper gaskets from Land Rover for the mount, against the body. Says it’s imperative that they are replaced to stop water ingress to vehicle.
