cleaning 'glue residue' from inside of windscreen?

some glue left from a removed sticker

is the inside of the screen treated with anything 'special'?

planning to use 'white spirit' or similar

thanks in anticipation

If you use White Spirit make sure that you dont get any on the leather dash - it will fubar it real quick.

Might be safer to use window/glass cleaner and a microfibre cloth. Spray 5 mins beforehand.

Tip: when cleaning the windscreen inside, lay an old towel on the leather dash top and then you can spray liberally till your hearts content without risk of causing bleach spots on the leather...

Had to fix our condenser dryer, and use the site for reference - You'd be amazed how many strings I have to my bow!

Autosmart Tardis on a disposable cloth. leave doors open; it's Xylene based- also great for tar spots on the bodywork.

meths works fine, so does lighter fuel - anything with alcohol in. As said before avoid the leather dash and plastic bits
