Squeeks and Rattles?

Starting to get that sinking feeling that another relation could be over soon.
See the problem is I cant seem to get on top of the interior noises. I'm normally quite good and sorting rattles out , but this FFRR is proving tricky.
I find one, finally cure it, to then discover another, some days theres a few active and its slowly driving me nuts!!

Ive got a LR warranty would taking it in LR do any good? I get the impression the interior is luxurious but poorly fitted together.

Any thoughts??

The three year warranty from new covers misbuilds that cause squeaks and rattles. I had the dashboard dismantled and rebuilt to deal with an irritating buzzing on my 2012 car. (some ducting had not been secured properly) Whether that applies under the approved used warranty I don't know, but you lose only the cost of a phone call/travel by going and asking... Only Range Rovers since 1988

I feel your pain Nelzuk - Rattles and squeaks drive me insane, once I begin to hear them, I can hear nothing else!

,

Nelzuk, you can start with this, Stan idea but I used different sponge, it definitely works in rattles stopping from cubby box.

I did hope the l405 would be better than earlier models and in lots of areas it is but there are still cheap creaky plastics if you look hard enough.

My theory is that they are ok until you start to have to panels removed to fix mechical issues. Technicians break things, clips get strained and things never go back as the factory intended. Area around rear shelf case in point. Creaky plastic which never seems to back as it should once removed. Keep hunting because you do eventually get to fix them - but shouldn’t be an issue in the first place. Good luck. 2013 L405 AB 4.4SDV8 Luxor/Ivory, 2007 Vogue TDV8 Epson Green/Sand, 2008 Vogue TDV8 Buckingham Blue/Sand, 2003 Vogue 4.4 LPG Epsom Green/Sage, 1998 Vogue SE 4.6 LPG Epsom Green/Cream
