DPF advice please

Can anyone help?

My 2011 4.4 TDV8 was in for repair this week, I collected it Thursday and DPF full (had to be towed back) on Friday.

It had full service 2 with new pullys and belts. Do you reckon they might have done something to upset the DPF? It does a fair few miles and regularly has long motorway journeys, so it shouldn’t have been caused by local journeys. New EGR valves fitted 3 years and 70k miles ago.

Any thoughts before I contact service to get it sorted in the morning?

United Kingdom 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Stornoway Grey

Have you got a yellow or a red dash warning?

Yellow you can clear yourself, just drive for 5-15 mins at 50mph constant. Red is a dealer regen.

It might have just been a coincidence. Also FYI long journeys are perfect for the DPF it uses those runs to automatically region itself.

BTW it's unusual that your EGR's were replaced.

. Cheers, Greg
