Rear auxiliary input 3.5mm

Can you hear music on the car speaker if you plug a device into the 3.5mm jack on the AVIO panel connected to the rear entertainment system ?

I think he means he puts an amplifier between phone output and aux input. I did this on my D3 though it was a permanent install tapped into the Aux circuit in the passenger footwell with the amplifier in the glovebox. The Aux input needs a high output device to drive it, hence the amplifie. 2016 Skoda Octavia VRS Estate

Thanks, that makes sense as currently I can’t get any output from the AUX plugged directly to my IPhone

jimock, when you plug in Iphone do you crank volume up, you my try plugin in just the cable, select 'aux '

start engine and listen for static nose. this will tell you if aux is working or not. if you hear static than aux is working.
