Domestic Plug Sockets

So...who’s taken delivery of a vehicle with domestic plug sockets? Maximum load across the circuit is 120W according to the manual - has anybody had any thoughts of cool gadgets to use with these? Worried they may be a bit gimmicky to be honest...

Next week I will be able to reveal all as mine has them. However the dealer was very keen to mention that you cannot plug the car into itself. (I have ordered a PHEV) - I am still unsure as to why he felt the need to mention this.

Laptop charger is all I can think of - I bought a 12v one for mine, but would have been easier to have had a socket I guess.......

Great for charging a laptop but I bought a, plug into a cigarette lighter socket, 600W inverter for about £35 (£50 now Sad ); that puts the 120W maximum loading into perspective.

I still only use it for laptop charging, but at least it doesn’t get above background temperature. Small inverters tend to get a bit too warm in use Shocked
