Suspension and ARB

Good evening all I have just fitted new ball joints and both arms on both sides so basically a full rebuild of the front suspension I also fitted a pair of heavy duty drop links the only thing I didn’t do was the ARB bushes as advanced factors didn’t stock them so I am thinking of ordering some up now the question is do I go for polly bush genuine L/R or just OEM cheers Steve

If it were my car, I would stick with genuine LR ARB bushes. Poly sound great but are very harsh and are more likely to squeal, with a shorter lifespan to boot. Great on a track car but why risk ruining the lovely ride of a RR?

Be interested what others think.

Unfortunately, the bushes on the ARB are bonded onto the bar - so LR only provide a part number for the whole ARB assy with bushes.
From what I've seen, the cost of the whole assy isn't outrageous - however, I think you have to do major work to be able to remove the old bar & re-fit the new.
That's probably why there are people buying & trying polybushes - despite the fact that OEM rubber would probably be better. Paul,
