Australia 2005 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Zambezi Silver

my car has 275-45-20 on it
after readng this post i looked in the book, it says 255-50-20, hmmm
it seems from reading this that a Narrower tire with virtually the same wall Is a better ride
am i right RR 2005 4.4 petrol

Tires with a smaller diameter have a higher rolling resistance with the same inflation pressure, because tire deformation is proportionally greater. The tire is flattened more and is “less round”. Wider tires roll better than narrower tires.


And the wider the tire the higher the rolling resistance is and the harder the engine has to work to move the tire, thus decreasing the car's fuel efficiency. ...
