I'm looking to tint the windows- nothing extreme, just enough to make it look noticably darker. Has anyone had any good experiences? Preferably Midlands based and somewhere I can wait. Has to be legal too!

My next door neighbour has a Disco which has been done at a place near Stourbridge. Not a bad job, but it's been cut badly around the rear high level brake light and it's clearly been done with scissors!

Dont go dark especially on the fronts - the police are coming down hard on it !!!!

hi noddy try these GT TINTS 0121 550 1888 / 07967 470 172 if you go down mucklow hill to the island turn right and 100 yards youve got chemix auto center on the right they are the yellow building oposite on the corner of the road you turn into , ive had work done by them and it was a supurb job and a good price hope this helps onto no6 Range Rover

hi noddy ive not had a FFRR done but im pretty sure they will be good on price compared to elsewere  onto no6 Range Rover

Not sure whether I want tinting yet, but an idea of cost will help in the decision making process.

if i can remember mine cost £260 front windows with a slight tint , rest of the car done with the ugly kid tints............

location clearly an issue but mine was done by a Leics company and I had all the windows done, rears darker than front obviously. I think it was £400.

Found what seems to be a decent place today - Armourguard in Oldbury. £140 for both sides/rear, or £110 from the B pillar back. If you pay £110 for the latter, and decide you want the two front windows at a later date, just pay the difference.
