Range Rover sport 19 inch wheels on Td6 can you do it?

I have a set of 19inch RR sport wheels I want to put on my td6 I know you have to change to sport wheel nuts to put them on a L322. However I vaguely remember reading somewhere that you can only put them on a petrol L322. Does any one know about this ? What the problem is or if it is possible?

I have had 19" rims on mine from both L320 and L494. You only need the correct wheel nuts. I just buy set of wheels with good tyres then move them on when worn down but still legal. Keeps the cost of tyres to zero. The best combination for ride comfort, off-road use and cost is 265 60 18 but they don't look as good as 19`s or 20`s 2007 TDV8 VSE

I think the issue you're referring to is that the TD6 was only ever available from new with 18" or 19" wheels, not 20".

Reason was that there is supposed to be a resonance problem at idle with the TD6 when fitted with 20". As I now have a set of 20" autobiography rims sitting ready to go on my TD6, will find out soon enough if it is a problem.

However, you should be fine with 19". 2004 Vogue TD6 - Remapped Smile

TD6 only available with 18’s when new.

I put 19s on mine and didn’t have an issue. I don’t sit stationary in D anyway.

Just make sure whichever wheels you fit are load rated for your L322. Thumbs Up Bish.

It's just the xl (extra load) rating you need but most 4x4 tyres have this anyway

Cheers for all the comments guys. All on and they came with brand new perelli Zero tyres they seem to perform very well tyres could have done with being 55's rather than 50's throws the speedo out a bit but it was not accurate with the 18's on so now about 4mph adrift I can live with that until these tyres are worn out.
