How to stream music from Android phone

Hi, just got a 2005 l322 with a touch screen. . So far I'm impressed with it compared with the p38. Is there any way I can get the music that's on my phone to play through the head unit. Also how can I get the TV converted to digital as I understand that the TV unit is on the old analogue system. Any help greatly appreciated!
