L322 Td6 brake judder / ABS?

Hello, I have a 2004 Td6 Vogue, I went abroad for 3 months and the car was stood and never moved. One rear wheel was seized and finally freed itself after an hour of messing around with it.
I took it for a drive and noticed a judder on the brakes, it can be felt through the steering wheel. It happens at all speeds, although when you are going faster the judder is more violent and shakes the car quite a bit.
I've got allcoms and put that on the car, at first it wouldn't read the ABS ECU so I checked all the fuses, checked the plug and finally got into the ECU. It shows a temporary deactivation, it was showing this before I parked it up and it was driving fine then as well.
There are no lights on the dash, the DSC button does not work and it does not light up on ignition, this is why I believe it is something other than warped discs.
What do you guys think?

Another thing I forgot to mention was that the brake pedal is pulsating when depressed, at slower speeds it is more noticeable and can be felt rising against my foot before going down again, and then back up, this continues until the car has stopped.
The frequency of the pulsing correlates to the speed.
No abs or DSC lights on the cluster test and on ignition

So just had a look after driving for a while. The front right side is completely clear in terms of rust in the path of the brake pads, the rest still have some rust on the surface. So am I right in saying the front right is the one that is sticking

Good chance it is, it might be worth taking it for a run and see if the hub gets warm/hot.
Personally I would be inclined to service all the brakes by removing the pads, cleaning out the pad mounting slots, checking the pistons move and that the slide pins are actually sliding. They probably need cleaned and greased.
If the calliper piston is seized I would suggest replacing the calliper or indeed both the front callipers, they are after all 14 years old. Did mine a couple of years ago and never had any bother since. Sticking calliper pistons, front and rear is a common occurrence on these cars of a certain age.

So I had another look and found some brake pad deposits on the right front disc, but not all the way around, giving the pulsing and juddey feeling as its braking better on part of the disc.
Did the bed in procedure to try and get rid of the deposits, 60mph to 20mph, 10 times. The braking was better afterwards, no judder. It's been left overnight and I'm going to drive it today, there are still deposits visible on the disc, so depending on the drive, I may have to do it again.
