2003 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Java Black

Recall notice

As some of you may have seen I’ve just purchased a 3.6tdv8 whilst checking on different bits tonight I found this.

Does anyone have any idea what it’s about? I’ll call my nearest dealer tomorrow.
