Features that never made it to the 2010-12 L322 LCD Cluster

This video shows things like audio track info and something else with a speed displayed, any idea why so many functions just werent included. Im shocked it never got navigation or track display. It looks great but aside from one menu, its a fancy way to display errors Current Vehicles :

The displayed speed is cruise control set speed which is displayed on mine. At least mine has a fuel gauge!

It's at it's best when you change to off-road mode e.g. snow or sand and/or select low range. The speedo dial moves over to the right making room for more info liike the diff lock status.

That video shows the DRLs on, which UK cars came without. But with an IIDTool you can turn this back on. The IID can also turn on a numeric speed display in the middle of the speedo dial. Unlike the standard menu, this can be set to MPH which is handy for precise reading at a glance (aka speed camera watch).
. Cheers, Greg

The IID tool will do so much If travelling to Europe just change from MPH to KPH makes life so much easier?

you can change the main speedo dial to kph via the dash menu....

when the main dial is on kph you can also change the digital readout with a iidtool to mph so you have a speed comparison .

Not on mine, if you change to kph it just puts the digital readout up in kph, it does change the sat nav to kms which is a pain.

Makes me wonder if the code for those functions is still in there - it seems a bit strange that they would just remove it all. 2010 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE
