Gearbox issue (zf)

Tonight I’m ready to pull out of a junction from a very steep incline. Boing transfailsafe.. locked into 4th gear .. pull over and read faults.. main ones a general stall speed fault? I hesitated leaving the junction then shot away .. any idea if cars system can get confused? Cleared fault and
Cars been perfect.. 160k and box was flushed in November.. very little debri on magnets as well..

Checked oil level today and was able to add a litre of fresh oil. Must have been underfilled when flushed in November.. no leaks from gasket ect.... wondering now with car being on incline when trans failsafe kicked in had a factor with low levels?
