Instrumention Diagnostic

Hi Again Has any body heard of these Fault codes please , i had my Dash cluster removed to repair dead lcds and now getting these read outs . Anybody any where have any ideas please
,
INSTRUMENTATION DIAGNOSTIC Result.. Chime T1 fault Chime T2 fault and Chime T3 fault

It is a 2003 L322 V8 4.4 Vogue Australia
