Front to rear brake pipe replacement in Herts/Essex

As above, recommendations of places to get my front to rear brake pipes replaced on my 2003 FF in Herts or Essex please. Any what can i expect to pay??

And should i replace all 4 flexi's at the same time? Am guessing get these from Dan at Duckworths?
