Rear washer not working..

My rear washer doesn't work but this one has me stumped:

I can hear the pump working but no water - even after I disconnected the hose from the one-way valve at the wiper motor. What else could it be if not the pump or valve?

Thanks

Thanks Stan. Unfortunately I didn't find what I'm looking for. The wiki and most threads talk about faulty wiper motors/seals, non-return valves, pumps - all these possible causes have been ruled out in my case (pump is running, line is disconnected before one-way valve and motor).

Is it possible that the pump is running but too weak to pump the fluid to the rear? Where are the most likely areas that the hose can get pinched/ripped?

Have you cleaned out the spray nozzle? This can become blocked.

Also check the non return valve .

As far as I know, there are 3 separate pumps all attached to the fluid bottle, the pumps all being the same, front rear and headlamps. It should be fairly straight forward to swap the pumps and or pump some air through the rear hose to see if its the pump or a blocked hose. You could also try blowing from the tailgate end.
