fog lamp bezel clips

hi, hope dans got his pc running, want to know if the little clips that hold on the fog lamp trims can be bought, they ping of very easy and are very hard to find...

those caps are sitting next to my first lot of led bulbs Laughing V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.
