Dans could also be 20%. I was told by chap at Garnish that most FFRR come with 20% if done from factory and most after market tints they do on them are 20%. FFRR TD6 HSE

but dan said his had a scratch in them so they must be after market as the factory fitted ones are built into the glass still after looking again they could be 20%.....in that case my dads rrs tints are 20% as they are factory fitted so ill go for that as that is the look im after "RANGEISM WILL NOT BE TOLERATED"

my kid is always moaning about the sun being in his eyes. He'll love the tints. That how I sold it to the Mrs

What's everyones stance on front side window tints?

Seems to be that allowance of 70% light through the side windows in the front is legal, any reason why people generally don't have it done?

My back windows are really dark and my fronts have a slight smoke so during the day you can see through but when its dark you cant. Ive no idea on the tints as they were on it when I got mine, part of the reason I brought it! Reformed

dont do it. you will get caught and fined.....the fronts have a 18% tint already and even the lightest tint you can get from a tinter will put it over the legal limit... ..............................

This got me looking back through the receipts on mine. Mine has green tinted windows as a factory extra (Didn't even notice the hint of green!). The previous owner then had the rears darked smoked (which would explain why they are darker than I would have expected).

So my front ones are only factory green tinted glass. Reformed
