Free LRE day via Facebook

Spotted on RRSport and it appears you have to drive an RRS, but hey it's free day out so slumming it for a day won't matter

United Kingdom 2004 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Oslo Blue

I've had 2 of these in the last month. 1st was a FFRR, 2nd Disco 4. Very good way to waste an afternoon. I've even had an invite through for a 3rd from LR for another go in the FFRR. Might wait till the Evoque arrives. The instructor i had last week was the 1st person in europe to get full off-road certification from LR HQ to to the drives.
He also let slip there is a very loud Evoque blasting round the test center. Prob for rallying or Dakar he wouldnt spill the full beans.

I had one of these the other month, from facebook. It said RRSport only, but there was no problem with me asking for a FFRR 4.4TDV8. Excellent afternoon out.

Now a DAKAR spec evoque
that would be interesting.
back in the day when LR was owned by ford Colin McRay used a rally spec freelander for reccee on safari rallies.
by all accounts it was an awsome car.

That Freelander has recently been up for sale too. Now a WRC Evoque in Ford Blue would be nice............... 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes
