This is a cheap way of boosting the volume from the aux port, I had one in my 08 and it worked perfectly, it also allows you to keep the main volume at a normal level so the navigation isn't too loud.

I rerouted my rear aux up to the top portion of the arm rest and left my ipod in there. 2011 Bournville TDV8 VSE

use the proper LR ipod kit..
it works perfectly and you can change tracks and volume thru steering wheel buttons
also sound is perfect Thumbs Up

Yeah but how much will that cost? I prefer a cable or connecter solution. That way i can use the ipod in other cars.

one of the first things i want to do is see if it is possible to use my ipod in my 2005 FFRR?

if so what is the best kit to buy?
