S' Plain Detour

I was on my way back from Salisbury and took a detour down one of the tank tracks/ROW:


Camera doesn't do the steepness of the hill justice:

A fairly tame drive except for a couple of steep ascents and descents, nothing that would tax the RR though.

It was very dry and is all chalky so just dusty really.

You're certainly not the first person to have said that! It's definately green though, it has a bronze tinge in certain lights and looks black at night....

Hmmm, first time I've seen them side by side, looks like Epsom green has more warmth to the colour.

Me if I was buying a 2008 to keep for 5 years it would genuinely be Tonga. I drive all the RR colours and the Tonga just feels right and looks really good all all the time clean or dirty - for me clean is always best though Whistle .
