United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Orkney Grey
Sat Nav Discs

can someone please tell me if there are any good cheap places to get an upto date disc for my sat nav?

i have just picked my FFRR up to day, it's a 2005 TD6 Vogue.

i ejected the disc from the boot and put it in my computer. it says 2005 version1 in the info file.

any help would be appreciated in obtaining the newest version. Current: TDV8 (3.6) RRS HSE

yes the car has the touch screen unit. it is a facelifted 2005 car so if i am not mistaken MY2006.

i am learning every day about the RR so please correct me on tech matters if need be.

can i use BMW discs in the RR?

what is the V32 upgrade about? is it any good what exactly does it do?

sorry for all the questions, but if you don't ask you don't learn. Current: TDV8 (3.6) RRS HSE

I do not know if I could post them here (legal stuff) but I got both the discs for the Sat Navs! With and without touchscreen! We should check with Martin, the admin and if he says yes, I will gladly upload the discs here! 2000 BMW M5, Avus Blue/LeMans Leather Interior

just in case you use the Nav Hac shortcut to input addresses on the move - if you update the disc from the 2005 you will not be able to use the 1791 Nav Hack shortcut - later discs seem to update the Nav software

the new discs do indeed update the firmware and blank out the destination on the move input, but you can get around this by inputting all your destinations before you start moving then these can be accessed on the 'recent destinations' button when you are mobile...
