And the moral of this tale is? You should get better service because you drive a ferrari? Is he then better/worse than the groundworker he portrayed an hour before? Why would he feel the need to fetch his ferrari if it wasn't to suggest that the service he receives should be better. Could he not have approached the manager and requested a decent standard of service?
IMO, I think you've applied a similar standard as the earlier post Crying or Very sad

no its not - its simply that the OP went way OTT describing himself as 'better' than a Corsa' owner

I do take your point , however the tale of the ferrari owner portraying himself as better than the average BMW customer, rather than demanding a decent service when he was dressed in jeans and work boots. Smacks of the same but different.

i'd agree if it had kept to the wheels issue

but the other comments are totally unacceptable imo?

why bring 'corsa' owners into a 'wheel discussion?

nick h, I'm quite tired of this banter now. You made your point and you've made it very personally elsewhere. On advice, I'm locking the thread down.

FYI, the Corsa owner himself on that LR Day was the first to tell me that he was bemused as to why he had an invite to drive Range Rovers and that he could never afford one. THE INVENTOR OF THE TERM "FULL-FAT RANGE ROVER" :
