Factory wheel color question

Does anyone know if the factory gloss black finish on any of the Range Rover wheels are painted or powder coated??? Thx!

Thanks Stan, I have the style 707 2 tone charcoal spokes black pocket rims that came on some of the 2016 and 2017's. I had mine refinished but they were painted. The refinishing shop said they could not be powder coated the 2 tone. On mine, you can see micro scratches in the black which I have tried to eliminate but not with much success.
Might just have them powder coated black. Thanks again! Mike
