Power steering leak near steering column, please help

Power steering fluid is leaking, and steering is making the whining sound .
Checked the level, it's gone below the minimum. So have ordered it.
Then removed the undertray to see where it's coming from.
It's from a black pipe above and to the side of the steering column. And the 2 unions into the rack are wet.
This black pipe is going into engine block.

First looked as if servo is leaking then the black pipe above it is wet too.
Any advise please, where is that black pipe coming from. Is it a DIY job.
Pipe is above to the left of what you see in pic below.
