GPS module replacement

I had the seemingly usual no gps signal.
Bought the module indicated on other pages......but instead of removing headlining and cutting and splicing cable I just plugged the cable connection into dvd unit

Took about 3 journeys and around 20 miles t get it to manage road mapping

The module sita on the boot window shelf..? No disturbance of headlining etc....works perfect
