limp mode

Hoping someone might be able help with an ongoing problem with my 2008 TDV8 RR Vogue SE only done 82K
Driving along with no problems hit 40mph and then fault warning and the following list of faults come up: the RR has been with a independent land rover garage now for 3 weeks and still no joy he's pulled all injectors tested all sorts apparently has anyone got any idea or solution to the issue

Engine system Fault
Suspension Lowered
Transmission Fault - Limited Gears only
HDC Fault - system not available

I've searched YouTube and google but cant fined anything I have also had it plugged in but no joy on any tests that have been done sick as a chip now Big Cry Big Cry Big Cry

hhmmm, not sure as your faults cover a variety of sins .....

my initial thought is it's a battery or electrical fault, maybe even something so simple as a poor fitting earth or neg cable to your battery?

others with more knowledge and skill will be a long soon I imagine ... Embarassed

everything that has been suggested on the forum so far I have done so passed it to the garage and even he hasn't pined it down yet god knows how much its going to be billed for when/if he can even fix it sick isn't the word Big Cry

P0913-Fuel rail pressure to high input
P0191-Fuel rail pressure sensor range/performance
P117D-Fuel volume regulator control exceeding maximum control limit
P2290-Injector control pressure too low

The RR is at a land rover garage and he’s done loads of tests but apparently still no future Big Cry Blody love the car

They're not the codes I've had to deal with recently but they sound like a problem that I had with an early TDV8 that I had a few years ago - spent a shed load of money replacing things and the problem ended up being corrosion in the engine wiring harness in/around the multi pin connector to the main ECU. I did have a photo of the problem but I can't find it. Must be worth a look!

Cheers guys, I have p2290 and p0089 codes with fuel pressure regulator and regulator signal circuit short messages, what was your case eventually?

In my case it was the high pressure fuel pump 3 bolts 30 min job un beleaveable got it off breaker link for £200 deliverd and it's never faulted since
