Steering column adjustment squeak

Another minor niggle is when entering and exiting the vehicle the steering column squeaks.

Is there a greasing/servicing/lubricating point? Or something else to remedy the squeak? L322 TD6 2003

It's the plastic cogs - you can get to them by undoing three torx bolts under the steering column - you need long torx screwdrivers of (I think) 20 and 25 size. I used white lithium grease spray.
Mine has just started an occasional squeal after four years.
