Where to go for electrical work?

Anybody got any advice as to where to go for tricky electrical gremlins? They are possibly all connected since they both relate to the drivers seat, they are:

1. Drivers lumbar adjustment not working, the pump buzzes, but no air is going in.
2. Drivers side DVD screen only works intermittently

I don't really want to pay main dealer labour rates, especially since I fear there's a risk that they'll just say I need a new drivers seat, wiring harness, dvd system etc.

Would it be too complex for a normal auto electician? Also am I best off getting a spare bag for the lumbar support, or is it more likely that it's just come disconnected?

Any advice gratefully received, I'm gradually getting this car just the way I want it, and these relatively minor issues would be great to solve! 2006 Supercharged
