Glovebox Multi disc/removal also

Hi I'm wondering what's wrong loaded my 6 disc magazine up with discs correct way up aswell they load in ok but when I select the Multi on The mid I just get the NO DISCS message any ideas what's wrong?
Also how do you remove the full unit from glovebox cause if it's goosed I might aswell take out. Cheers Range rover hse
