I *think* you push it sideways and as it slides across, it rises and separates - you can see the pegs / ramp on the side.

I think there is locking-system missing already. Just pull it uot.

they can be a pain, but as per previous posts it slides across and releases at the same time. If its a bit tight, get a screwdriver and wedge it in the gap between the bit that slides and the plug at the end. 2010 L322 Autobiography Black Edition
