Removing crankcase pulley

So whilst swapping the viscous fan I noticed oil on the front of the engine which looks like it’s from the crankshaft oil seal, so whilst attempting to shift the nut with a 4’ breaker bar I ended up breaking the pulley and not undoing the nut 🙄😡 I had been told it’s a standard thread but on a stretch bolt so undoing it anti clockwise I’m hoping this is correct, has anyone done this and how did you get the bolt out then the oil seal, I now need to add to the list a new crankshaft pulley 2012 Range Rover Westminster 4.4 TDV8
