Mystery Problem - loss of power at high speed

When cruising down the motorway at around 80 mph, or more, every once in a while it just loses power and acts like it's being starved of something, but if I keep my foot on the pedal, while maxed at about 50 mph on low revs, it eventually gets its act together again and is fine so long as I keep to about 70 mph. It only ever happens on deceleration from around 80 mph, or a little more, in motorway conditions. If you stick to 70 mph it never happens. Almost feels like momentarily running out of fuel. Throws no codes. Apart from this, everything is running great. Anybody experienced this and found a cure?

Needs diagnostic codes reading via a plug in. Could be the well known hiccup which requires a software update.
Take it to a decent independent specialist who has access to full LR software etc. Gone to a good home: 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"
New Defender D300 90
1974 Series 3 Lightweight = "Millie"
My preferred specialist: www.glenrands.co.uk
