2017 L405 Indicators - no audible clicks

I am loving my new to me 2017 L405 and still getting used to all the features (and quirks).

One thing I have noticed is that whilst the indicators do work as they should, there are no audible "clicks" when the indicators are on. This is both with regular turn signals and the hazard lights.

I do quite like the silence at junctions etc but as the turn signal lights are right at the bottom of the instrument cluster and out of sight when in my comfortable driving position, I find myself having to move to see if the indicators are on.

I don't think I have ever been in a car that didn't have an audible warning. so can someone confirm that there is supposed to be that clicking sound on the L405??

Of course it should click, and annoyingly it clicks a little too loud for my taste, actually... 2019 Vogue P400e

Thank you for the quick reply, Adara.

I thought that might be the case - and I did wonder if they might have been too loud so a previous owner has disabled it!

I wonder if there is a setting in the CCF file to disable/enable it - will go and have a quick look. I think it much more likely that there is a little speaker/sounder somewhere that has been disconnected.

Thanks again for the quick reply.

You're welcome! The speaker is in the upper part of the instrument screen, there is a grill there... 2019 Vogue P400e
